Thinking oh travelling to Assynt for some Landscape Photography? Look no further. I have created 5 videos from there for my Youtube channel recently. I have also included quite a few images which might also inspire you.

I’m a regular traveller to the Northern reaches of the UK. I run two workshops to the Isle of Skye, Glencoe and Harris & Lewis each year. Last year I decided to add an extra week so I could venture to Assynt for a little exploration. I wasn’t disappointed.

Whilst the area is vast and the locations are spread out quite a bit Assynt has so much to offer.

The above is just a short promotion video which I used as a taster of what to expect from the next four videos. They’re in no particular order but If you were only going to watch one, I would definitely suggest watching the following video “Creating Pictures Worthy of Huge Prints”

The above video was a collaboration with a very good friend of mine (now) Murray Wilkie. Murray also is known as “Scotlands Mountains” on his excellent Youtube channel
Murray walks and climbs mountains from all around the world but he’s mainly found up and down Scotland’s finest mountain regions. He’s a great bloke and an excellent storyteller and his Youtube videos show off his qualities in droves. Well worth taking a look. CLICK

I also interviewed Murray live on one of my many live-stream interviews. Watch it here. CLICK

Thank you for taking a look at this page and I hope you’ve found a little bit of inspiration from the many pictures and video I have created from this gorgeous part of the world, Assynt!

WEEKLY VLOGGING… Since I’ve committed to weekly vlogging, you get the best and the worst. Besides, it’s probably good to know that we don’t always have successful days!

I make at least one video a week, and I’ve got some amazing locations penned. Please make it worth my while and support the channel.

Comments are always welcome btw

Thank you

Gary
